Our Technology
TASC's advanced technology, including its Computer
Telephony Integration (CTI), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), Dialed
Number Identification Service (DNIS), Automatic Number Identification
(ANI) and Digital Voice Recording (DVR), enables us customize each
customer's telemarketing campaign to maximize effectiveness and
efficiencies.
TASC is one hundred percent (100%) digital, from our
multiple T-1's and ISDN digital phone lines, to our digital switch
through our Windows NT-based server with screen-pops on every station.
Our IVR voice logger records every call, and can be sorted by a variety
of queries. TASC has continuous back up of all client files and
archives this data for up to one year.
TASC has invested a lot of time and money into
its technology resources; therefore, it would only make sense that we
invest in maintaining external alliances and partnerships with off-site
and out-of-state data recovery and call center facilities. Regardless
of the type of disaster, TASC regularly reviews and tests its call
center vulnerabilities and communication systems.
In anticipation of California's power
crunch and rolling blackouts, TASC has acquired an additional
10,000 watt power generator. Collectively, with our tandem system,
TASC can generate up to 20,000 rated watts of power at the
flip of a switch. This capability renders TASC virtually
independent of any outside resources should the need
arise.
